Like many open, duster style jackets this one is generously cut and quite flexible in terms of fit . . . URU does a one size fits all "Missy" and a One Size Fits All Plus Size.  We would recommend the Missy sizing to anyone 14 - 20 and for Size 22 and up the in Plus Size.
