Standard Shipping is 1st Class Mail from the US Post Office for lightweight orders or UPS Ground for heavier items especially those shipping to the West Coast (California, Washington State, Oregon, etc.) This takes about 4 days (some remote locations take 5 days)
If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING you have the option of upgrading your package from Standard To Priority for an extra $3

There are currently 2 shipping options that appear during checkout for International Shipments. (Larger, Heavier shipments may only see Priority Mail as an option).
If you are in a RUSH and need quick 2-5 business day shipping please contact us and let us know what item(s) you are interested in so we can quote you DHL pricing. It's been our experience that most of our customers aren't interested in the extra expense of DHL but it is an option.
First Class Package Mail from the US Post Office. When checking out you will see the estimate of 7 - 21 days for First Class Mail. From our experience 10 days is the usual time frame but the post office does not guarantee a date so we cannot. We've been advised that is the general time frame to list. Tracking IS included - it's not always the best tracking but the US Post Office has made pretty big strides over the past couple of years and there is a marked improvement. First Class Packages ship immediately.
International Priority Mail from the US Post Office. When checking out you will see the estimate of 7 - 12 days for Priority Mail. Both tracking and insurance are included. With Priority Mail there is a 2-3 day Handling Time and Ship Time of 4 - 9 days. In order to get the international shipping deal we have, we have to consolidate international shipments - so every 2 days we ship to a package consolidator one state over from us, they then ship in bulk overseas. So that's the reason for the 2-3 day "handling"
It is important to note the 7-12 and 7-21 Day windows are for shipping. It is possible (especially around the holidays) that customs gets backed up and your package can sit there for awhile and not move. We have no way of knowing or predicting this and zero power to do anything about it. It isn't common but it does happen and you should be prepared for it. "Priority Mail" is called Priority Mail by the US Post Office because it actually takes Priority over other mail pieces and it is the method we recommend.
We cannot and will not mark international orders as gifts and it is your responsibility to calculate any taxes/duties that may be due. Should you decline an order due to taxes/duties your shipping will not be refunded when the package arrives back to us.
